Has anyone tested this ssd with the ps5?are you satisfied with the speeds in game or when downloading games?

Yes I grabbed the S70 "Blade Edition" getting only the "Blade Edition" is very important. They make a PS5 compatible Adata S70 SSD line but the Non-Blade versions are very fat and meant for Desktop PCs & those won't let you reapply bay cover...

Anyways I grabbed the 2TB S70 Blade & applied the included heatsink though I hear they can run hot AF up 90°C quickly . So to solve this problem there are 3 options
 1: leave bay lid off 
2: install a 2nd thin heatsink on the bottom side since it's 2 sided .... OR
3: use 3rd party heatsink alone or onto of pre-installed one.

So I ordered this larger heatsink [SABRENT M.2 NVMe Heatsink for The PS5 Console (SB-PSHS)] this way you don't get stuck having to choose to leave cover on or off . It's a heatsink $19.99 & it replaces the SSD bay cover/door, So the fan is constantly blowing air & on heatsink while simultaneously not trapping it in the SSD bay . Which results in higher/faster performance & longevity

I get speeds of 6,500MB/PS at the moment though if you buy an M.2. SSD enclosure & update the BIOS firmware that you'll see a large read/write performance boost . 
I have 150 games(medium-large) installed onto my PS5 now & I still have 67GBs left on PS5s SSD & 90GBs left on my SSD. 
This things great , haven't had any issues so far InGame , loading or down/uploading
Also check BB they had the Best Buy back in January and I only paid $275 incl/Tax but Amazon's price is not bad either.

The aluminum heat spreader get the job done on PS5 or need an extra heatsink for s70 blade model?

I just got my S70 and it came with the heat spreader no heat sink. It says it works with the PS5 so I installed it downloaded some games onto it and so far so good! Seems to be working perfectly fine, the heat spreader reduces heat by up to 20% so I believe it acts as a less bulky heat sink!

While Vecha is right about the dust.  PS5 did not build any cooling in for the m.2 SSD.  That is why you have to buy one with a heat sink.  There is no "pressure" cooling the drive.  If you make sure to blow the dust out of your m.2 area once or twice a year.  You should be fine with the S70 with the larger heatsink.
