There are multiple issues with the product. The stand base doesn't lock in a position and keeps sliding on the floor; the attaching area of the ring light is too loose that when the ring light and phone are mounted it detaches by itself and falls down unable to take the weight of the phone; the troped stand is bent at various places and is clearly damaged and the issues just go on. The biggest issue is that I'm unable to contact the store through their website and the contact number provided on Amazon is invalid. There is no return or exchange policy still I had made a gamble based on the reviews but it was not worth it. Just a waste of 1300 rupees and time.
