Prefect for making carnivore buns. I have purchased more than once and given some to family members who wanted to make their own buns.

Perfect for making larger size Yorkshire Pudding. Like a bowl for whatever you want to fill with. Nice heavy pan - No tweaking from heat in oven.

I wish the cups were a little wider, but it serves its purpose. I buy Rhodes frozen bread loaves and pull out one loaf, let it thaw slightly in a bread pan (thaw, but not rise). Slice the loaf in 6 equal sizes, place each slice in the cups (spray the cups with buttery cooking spray), cover with plastic wrap (also sprayed) and let rise to just above the rim. Optional: Brush with egg wash (1 tablespoon water and 1 egg), add sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning, or any other seasoning to your taste. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes fresh delicious hamburger buns. They pop out easily and the pan washes easily.

We had a prime rib dinner party between Xmas and New Year. Wanted to make it typically eccentric. I usually make yorkshire pudding in pop over pans. But they aren't quite right. Searched for a pan, got 2 of these, and the puddings were amazing. The shallow wide holes made these things rise about 2.5x higher, but allowed them to cook long enough to not collapse. Easy clean up, too.

larger than i thought. heavy duty pan.

works well if you want smaller buns. i used it with sourdough and just wasn't impressed. I wil try it with regular dough soon

Used to make Gluten free bread rolls. Add a round of baking paper first to prevent sticking and scratching them. Does the job perfectly.

Benutze diese Form zum Backen von Burgerbrötchen. Habe schon diverse Formen aus Silikon ausprobiert, aber Silikon ist ein sehr schlechter Wärmeleiter. so dauert es ewig, bis die Brötchen unten braun werden. Mit dieser Metallform geht es wesentlich schneller und besser. Gutes Ergebnis. Einziger Nachteil: der Durchmesser ist bloß 9cm - leider gibt es die Form nicht mit 10cm Durchmesser (Standard für Burger)
