Arrived unpainted black. Dropped off mirror at local auto paint shop, matched my paint code, looked flawless. Removed old mirror, cleaned, lubricated, and transferred two rubber gaskets from old to new (one at foldaway, other where connected to pillar - I was hoping I would get new ones), plugged into connector, worked right away. Note: I purchased mirror with heater capability, even though my car does not have that thus an unused capability I won't miss but maybe someone someday can use. Note: I lost one of the bolts while installing, replaced with a 6mm bolt with nylon insert, which matched a 10mm socket.
