This has really helped clear up my hormonal and sweat acne. I’m in my 30s and work out a lot and was getting major breakouts on my forehead and chin, and some on my cheeks. I use this after cleansing in the morning and at night. I put it on a cotton pad to apply. It took a few weeks, but I’ve seen such a change in my acne. It’s basically gone, just the occasional breakout. It does dry out your face, so I apply a moisturizer afterwards both am and pm. Definitely recommend! I’ve bought a second bottle already (first one lasted maybe 3-4 months applying twice daily.
