A: It should. It worked in my 2006 F150 FX4.

A: Its just one tie rod. So realistically just get 2 cuz u will need an alignment once installed. Ther the same part on both sides

**Q: Is this the outer for driver and passenger side?**
A: Yes both same part.

**Q: Does this fit a 2008 ford f-150 stx 4x4?**
A: It should I have same model but Lariat 2 wheel drive?
