I am very pleased with the quality and style. ### ⭐ Not satisfied should be better quality for what it cost *by T***S on February 27, 2023* We purchased on of these to secure the gate to our trucking company. After a short time the lock would not open with any combination. After contacting company and having another one sent a few months later one of the tumblers does not engage so no matter what the combination should be this one can be any number. Contacted support yet again and were told we could send it to Australia at our expense they can take a look at it. Meanwhile we still need something to secure the yard meaning purchasing another lock. We decided if we were going yo have to buy another lock plus pay for shipping we would just take as a loss and get the other lock DO NOT but one of these unless you dont plan on using it long term ### ⭐⭐⭐ Five numbers but hard to program *by I***É on September 20, 2014* The cylinders rotate nicely and have a nice clicking feel as they turn. Programming the combination though is difficult. The tool provided will bend and break before all five cylinders can be programmed. The amount of torque needed to move the settings during programming is high enough that you think that the lock might break. There are no youtube videos to help but I guess I was doing it right. In the end, I was able to program all five cylinders but only by improvising my own tool. I used a set of sharp ended pliers and jammed one end in. The pliers were high carbon steel and did not bend like the soft steel tool provided.The Abus 190CS/60 may be a better choice.
