Beautiful colour and easy to apply
This is the second time using Casting Crème Gloss 515 Iced Chocolate and I’m really happy with the results. The colour is rich and beautiful, covering my hair evenly. There’s no strong odour, and if any gets on the skin, it wipes off easily if done quickly. One box was more than enough for my shoulder-length hair, and the application was quick and straightforward. It stings slightly, but it’s very mild. Overall, a great hair colour that’s easy to use and gives a glossy, natural finish. Pros: Beautiful colour, even coverage, no strong odour, quick application, good quantity Cons: Slight tingling during application

Lovely golden brown!
As a natural brunette in my youth, I’ve my dyeing my hair brown since the greys have been coming in. No matter what shade of brown I used, it always came out nearly black, and looked awful for a few washes until it faded a bit, and then when the greys came through again it would be a really stark contrast. I thought I’d try a dark blonde, thinking it may come out a lighter brown, and help blend the roots (shade 700). Surprisingly, it’s seemed to lighten all my hair to a golden brown, which looks great, and hides root regrown really well. I don’t know how a semi-permanent hair dye can lighten hair, but works well for me, so will continue reordering!

Beautiful but not accurate shade
Not the colour on the box!!! But it gave me the expected outcome (I had realised the I needed to purchase a lighter shade as they always end up much darker than they say) and I’m really happy with it. So I’d buy again but be careful if you went the colour on the box. Here is a before (in the burgandy cardigan) and after

Have bought multiple times to use at home in between salon visits. Washes out gradually and hides root regrowth
