Nice replacement for original
My first cane project on a piece that has been my family for over a hundred years.

Poor quality
Unfortunately, I did not open the package until I was ready to use after stripping and finishing my project.. Had I done so, I would have returned this item. Many of the fibers in the webbing were frayed or broken which compromises the durability of the webbing. I do not want to invest the time and effort to use this webbing only to have it break upon use. Also, the width of the fibers and color are inconsistent. I regret I missed the window to return it.
