Product was recieved. It looks brand new. No scratches or anything but to my surprise the box wasn't a sealed box. It was an unsealed box.

Bulky and not comfy
very bulky and cannot handle it more than 10 minutes on my head. it is very much over rated in the reviews!! BT dongle looses the connection with the headset occasionally. not a good buy!

Love this headset. I am able to join calls without being attached to my laptop and the cushion is comfortable. Sound quality if great. My favorite us the auto mute and unmute when you lift the mic up and down.

La qualità audio è eccellente, sia per le chiamate che per l'ascolto di musica o video. Il microfono con cancellazione del rumore fa un lavoro straordinario, garantendo che la mia voce sia sempre chiara anche in ambienti rumorosi. Inoltre, il comfort è eccezionale: anche dopo ore di utilizzo continuo, non provocano alcun fastidio. L'autonomia della batteria è incredibile e la connessione wireless è stabile e affidabile. La compatibilità con PC e smartphone le rende versatili per ogni esigenza lavorativa. Dopo anni di utilizzo intenso, funzionano ancora come il primo giorno: un prodotto di altissima qualità! Consigliatissime per chi cerca delle cuffie affidabili e performanti per il lavoro quotidiano.

Good quality but expensive. If the headset is connected to multiple devices it can switch between calls interrupting your meeting, that can be very annoying. Suggest 1:1 pairing at all times and set forget on other devices and should be ok. Expensive for what they are, but the sound quality is excellent just a notch above what they are worth in my opinion. Don’t expect excellent noise cancellation out of these, that’s not the primary purpose of them. If you want a full noise cancelling headphone these are not it, they will mildly cancel noise but that’s it. Can hurt the head after long periods.
