I’m making curtains spray fabric or finished curtains?

I would spray the finished curtains. And reapply periodically.

I want to buy a sofa for my sunroom. the fabric is 100% cotton in a bright fabric. will the uv sunblock work and keep the color vibrant?

I had very long black drapes in my home. Huge windows. I was afraid the sun would bleach them in no time. I sprayed them. Stayed black. Hope that helps. Ps. The sprayers are junk. If you have another to use, hang on to it

Can this be used on plastic wreaths?

I don't really have an answer except that it needs to be absorbed by what it is protecting so my guess is it would just run off plastic.

Does this work for wicker furniture ?

This will work on fabrics that are exposed to the sunlight. It is effective is absorbed into the material. If it can't be absorbed it will not be completely effective and may leave a sticky residue.
