This shower head was a nice upgrade without spending a lot. The water pressure feels better than my old one, and I like having the handheld option because it makes rinsing hair, cleaning the shower, and washing pets much easier. The different settings are useful, although I mostly use the stronger spray setting. Installation was pretty simple, and the hose length gives enough reach for everyday use. It may not feel like a super high-end shower head, but for the price, it works well and does what I needed it to do.

Ever bought something that you didn’t think you needed so much until you tried and then wondered why you didn’t buy it sooner? Well, this is one of those items. I have a handheld shower head that the dial where you select which spray comes out, kind of froze and the hose part is really stiff and not flexible and I thought that was okay. I have to admit, that was dumb of me. I should had replaced it long ago. This hand-held shower head is beautiful to look at and it works like a charm, and best of all, it’s very inexpensive. It is made with a brushed nickel finish and there are 6 different spray settings. The stainless-steel hose is so flexible and the entire unit is so easy to use. I made this review because I’m super excited about this purchase and wanted to share what I know about it with anyone else that may be thinking of purchasing a new hand help shower head. It was easy to install and it even comes with the Teflon tape and extra washers. Before you install it, look down the base of the handle and you’ll see a plastic little water restrictor that some counties mandate that you have on water devices. Well, that restrictor can be easily broken and removed to ensure that you get a high-water pressure from your hand-held shower head. I’m not saying I did it, but I see that it is possible. LOL. If you read this far in my review, you must like what I wrote, so go out and buy one of these and help support the manufacturer. You can thank me later.

Good. Decent quality materials. No leaks. This is my third time purchasing. I replace them every year bc I have hard water. Can’t beat it for the price. Will buy another in one year.

The end of the hose and the holding bracket are not compatible. The end of the hose is too fat for the holder, and so it cannot insert fully into the holder. Consequently, the shower head is unstable, and it teeters on the holder rather than being firmly held by it. Update: The vendor reached out to me and offered me a full refund, so they appear to have a conscientious service department. In the meantime, I had found and bought a different holder which fits the hose end. The shower head works fine, now that it is stable. I have updated my evaluation to 3 stars.
