Blukar Head Torch Rechargeable, 2000L Super Bright LED Headlamp Headlight

I've been using this head torch for a few weeks now and I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it is for the price. It's lightweight, comfortable to wear, and the adjustable strap fits well without slipping. The light is bright enough for walking the dog, DIY jobs around the house, and working in dark spaces. I also like that it's rechargeable, so there's no need to keep buying batteries. The battery life has been good for my needs, and it charges fairly quickly. The motion sensor sound like a useful feature when your hands are dirty or occupied, although I haven't used it. Overall, it's excellent value for money and does exactly what I wanted. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable budget head torch.

This potentially saved my life, stuck up a hike after having to turn back 1 hour before sunset with a 5 hour, 1150m descent ahead, this super bright head torch lasted the full journey after nights of use beforehand, rescued me from called mountain rescue. We bought this last winter for general purpose use as we have a different make with AAA batteries for DIY jobs and yet another one for the garage use also AAA battery powered, I thought that I would try a rechargeable one for a change. On the top of the unit there are 2 switches the one on the right hand side (when wearing it) is the on /off switch and to the left of that is the sensor on/off switch. Like most head torches the on switch also cycles through various settings. When first turned on the light is at maximum brightness if activated again within 3 seconds or so it goes to half power if switched again it goes to steady red and then to flashing red then to off. To turn on sensor mode the main beam needs to be on. Press the left hand switch and the panel turns blue when active, now the light will toggle between on and off when something is placed within 6” of the light. Charging is via a USBC cable (supplied) which takes about 2 hrs from flat. The headband is adjustable, comfortable and holds the light in place without any problems when dog walking etc. The unit is well made as other Blukar products that I have purchased in the past have been. The light output is excellent. Considering the torch was less than £10 when purchased it is excellent value for money.

Very good torch with good bright light which lasts nearly four hours when on continuously. My biggest problem with this torch is the many times it just seems to turn itself on while in my pocket. I would like it more if the on switch was a little smaller.

Good bright head torch. Also has the red light so as not to scare away the animals or blind them with the bright white light. I like that it is rechargeable, it makes it lighter on the head and also saves on batteries. Its easy to control. And to divert the light where you need it.

I've had this for a few months now and use it daily for dark early morning dog walks. If, like me, you struggle with head torches slipping, this one works very well if you put it under the hood or neck of big coat so it sits under your chin at the zip top. I love the feature where it is activated or deactivated by swiping your hand in front of it, handy if you stop for chat and don't want to dazzle someone. 180 degree strong light is brilliant for fields or woods, lights up way ahead of you so you can see hazards, around here we have a lot of cyclists on pavements in dark, in dark clothing with no lights on cycling fast (don't get me started) and this light means I can see them if they are coming towards us which makes walks safer for us. The charge lasts really well, they only small issue is it will suddenly run out without warning, rather than dimming, so I just make sure to charge it weekly. I find it makes dark dog walks much safer and easier in winter and have now brought a second one so I have a spare if ever it gets lost or breaks. Really excellent, very pleased with it

Strong, and comfortable

La Blukar est étonnamment puissante et confortable pour le prix. Je m'attendais à quelque chose de beaucoup plus cheap, mais il n'en est rien. Cependant je trouve les différents mode inutile, après je n'avais besoin que de l'éclairage standard mais j'avoue avoir du mal me faire une idée de l'utilité des autres modes d'allumage. A voir si elle tien dans le temps mais pour une utilisation occasionnel je pense pouvoir avancé que ça fera largement le café

A lanterna cumpre completamente com a sua função, tem uma excelente luminosidade e projeta a luz a uma distancia considerável. Tem uma fantástica relação preço/qualidade. Recomendo.

The torch is brighter than expected. The head band seems to be good quality. Very happy with the value for money.
