I suffered from recurring BV for the longest. After trying SO MANY things from medicines prescribed by a gyno to home remedies, I finally tried this and used it in combination with prescribed pills and I haven’t gotten BV since. I usually pop one in every time I’m about to get my period or am sexually active just because I’m extra paranoid now. Only downside is that it gets a little messy down there. Lol. But it truly works. I had been dealing with BV all of 2019, the first time in my life having it and it was the worse experience of my life. The itching, burning, nasty odor, wetness and constant discharge. I had tried everything from antibiotics, to tea tree oil, yogurt, structured silver and nothing, absolutely nothing took it away, it only got worse. Finally after watching a Youtube video, I heard about the Boric Acid Suppositories treating BV. I was desperate to try anything and reading all the reviews, seemed hopeful. I bought the pills, but realized you had to buy the applicator separately. The applicator worked great and the pill fit perfectly inside of it. You have to pull the applicator stick back to put the pill inside, then once you insert into the vagina you push it in like you are giving yourself a shot. I also realized that insert it standing up was easiest for me, I would put one foot on the toilet seat and then insert that way. I was dealing with so much discharge in the beginning that it was easy to insert, but I noticed once the discharge was going away and the bv was getting cured it was a bit harder to insert and hurt a little from the sharp edges. You may want to use a little oil of some sort to help, to make the process a little smoother. But if you are dealing with chronic bv and nothing else worked for you, the boric acid pills and applicator are the way to go.

I am extremely satisfied with the Boricap Suppository Applicator. I have recently been diagnosed with vaginismus and this applicator doesn't hurt, easy to use, fits boric acid suppository's like a glove, and easy clean up. The sleek applicator makes it easy to insert and remove. I will be definitely be buying more!

I used this for little blue 2mg estradiol/estrace tablets 3x/day for weeks. I was worried the wider end of the tube was too wide and the pill would get trapped between the plunger and the inner edge of the tube and fall apart in there. This hasn't happened so far. Application is clean. The tube is wide enough the little 2mg pill just drops straight in. Its possible the plunger isn't needed for this, but I didn't want to try and mess up a dose. Although I'm using it for a pill different from whats intended, if there were some small modifications it would have been perfect. The edge of the wider end is smoothed, but the edge of the narrower end is not, and is noticably scratchy. If the narrower end were at least smoothed, this could easily be a great dual purpose applicator, small pills on one side, bigger pills on other. If the ends had a rounded profile like a tampon applicator (not just smoothed), I think they would be much more comfortable to put in.

My applicators arrived after my suppositories. I put the first one in with my finger and honestly, it's not my thing. The applicators was smooth and held the pill perfectly. The one I put in with my finger didn't go up quite high enough, but the applicators remove the guesswork. Plus, they are reusable so they can be washed with soap and water or you can just toss it away. I see this as an expensive use and toss, so being able to clean them is a great option.

So i was skeptical trying to find one that would fit the boric acid pills I have, only because the brand is different than the applicator. I used a popular branded pill matched with this reusable applicator and it felt like butter. It had a nice ease of use and felt like nothing. No sharp pain or anything! And they are fine reusable, I have used one more than once without breaking seals on newer ones. Overall this was a very comfortable product and I can use it standing up!
