This kit includes a Kraut Kap fermentation lid and a plastic storage cap with silicone seal. Perfect for fermentation and cold storage or fermenting Kefir where you need to release pressure on the initial fermentation stage and contain pressure to build carbonation on the second fermentation stage. Due to the high level of pressure during second stage fermentation and lack of air-lock, the plastic storage cap may flex enough to release slight amounts of excess pressure.---Please note, we try to get the best shipping option for your order.
