My husband is on hospice care ate home and at times, he pees about every 10-15 minutes. It's impossible to keep him dry, especially overnight. Because of this, he has developed bad rashes in his crotch area and even some fungus infections on his skin. These cloth diaper inserts are amazing! They absorb and hold a ton of urine inside and yet remain almost completely dry on the outside. I can't even pretend to understand that "technology," but I sure love it. By using these at night, I have been able to turn his problems around and almost completely heal the rash/fungus problem. I can't even say enough. The hospice nurses are surprised too and I feel good about the fact that they can share this information with other hospice patients and caregivers now and I am vicariously helping others through them. So, don't even be indecisive about whether you should buy these inserts or not. They are well worth the cost and eventually, I will buy more. By the way, the way I use them is by doubling them up in a kind of "Y" shape in the front and let it extend down into the crotch area just a little. I don't wrap them around him because, to be honest, I don't want to get poop on them. But by doing this, his diaper is completely dry in the morning and I no longer have to get up super early to get him changed. I'm finally not losing sleep because of his urination problem. Yay!!!

The panties are small for me but seem exactly as advertised otherwise. I will keep looking for ways to use the easy to wash pads

These are a bit big. However, they are very soft and do the job! No complaints about bulk. I placed this product into a leak-proof liner cover and they did the job in comfort. They wash well with regular laundry soap and baking soda to deodorize. I would like to see this product with a curve for the contour of the crotch area. However, this is an excellent product for what it is designed to do. Very satisfied and will be purchasing more I the future.

Great for those who do not care about bulk. Inappropriate for younger individuals who need to wear in public. Probably VERY absorbent. I am sure these are soft and effective for the right purchaser

They smell weird after being used. Washed twice and a urine odor still exists.
