Good brace, good price. Stays in place,
This is a great back brace and won’t break the budget. I recently aggravated my SI joint after several days of above-average activity, but couldn’t find my old brace. The pain was close to excruciating, and I know from past flare-ups that I need to bind things up to prevent it from getting worse. This brace did that, keeping the affected are less mobile, didn’t cinch up and was relatively comfortable. The price is good and after wearing it for about 10 days, relief was very notable (just tender, down from not being able to sit for any length of time). It looks to be well made, so as much as I don’t want to have to wear it again, it’ll be ready if I do.

Gives you support
I used this to move heavy things around while packing out my house to move. I used to wear these when i unloaded trucks for a retail job. Personally i feel more confident and supported wearing them. They work well.

Solid quality for the price
Purchased 4-5x. Super great back support belt. Has helped me and the crew so many times in moving items, good posture, and doing deliveries for Amazon. Great price for the solid quality. The straps do move around here and there but nothing major. It did peel from the bottom and I has dispose one. Nonetheless, this is a great back support belt and highly recommend

No fat shaming here
The Ergodyne ProFlex 1650 Back Support is basically work suspenders that hugs your midsection like a 50 year broken in couch. With sizing generous enough that even not so skinny folks like me can strap in comfortably and feel like the meat sweats are rolling off the edge of my stomach. The fit is absurdly forgiving, the velcro fastens with ease and once locked in, everyday bending suddenly feels like olympic weightlifting your favorite bucket of rocky road ice cream. Would eat....ehhh buy again.

Best cheapest backbrace @3X and 4X
Ok, for nearly 30 years I have been wearing back braces since the early 90s in my 20s when back braces first came out on the scene for companies trying to reduce back injuries and lower costs for related injuries for insurance companies (Or so I remember being told at the time) Somewhere in the mid or late 90s, some study supposedly found out, thru collected data that, "back bracers" didn't really do anything to affect back injuries. So I remember, during that time, my company stopped issuing me free back bracers. I was upset since, at the time, Since somehow I enjoyed wearing the back brace. So I ended up paying for my own back brace for every physical job I worked at. all the way up to 2020 to this day where I still wear one. (still working blue collar physical jobs @ 50) In the 2000s I started powerlifting for nearly 15 years. During that time I learned the concept of "power belts" I finally learned that back bracers and power belts are not really to protect from back injuries. They do support back and spine by whats called "intra-abdominal pressure". This pressure is caused by the stomach muscles "pressing" onto the belt or brace and once it reaches a limit it cannot expand outward, the muscles on the opposite side of the front of the abdominal muscle tends to expand inward, pressing the guts thus causing pressure to keep the spine somewhat straight. Supposedly. With power belts its more pronounced since the abdominal muscles press much harder against a solid belt of leather. Back braces not so, since they flexate a bit. And of course, adding with a back brace, proper technique in lifting. Always with legs not back bends. No, the power belt and back brace, protect people by not getting a "hernia". By not wearing a back brace or power-belt, you risk the chance of your abdominal muscles expanding outward so much that it rips muscle (causing a hole) or rips it from the tendons. A hernia is much more worse than a spinal injury since a rip in the abdominal muscle can cause your intestine to squeeze out of the rip and or that piece of intestine will itself be squeezed to death thus having to remove that piece of intestinal flesh. Sure it is said wearing such devices hampers ones own stomach muscle core groups, (since your body is relying on intra-abdominal pressure rather than all core muscle) but I'd rather wear one during working, than not wear one at all and get a Hernia.

Functional - but not perfect.
Kind of works, but the shoulder straps move - they are adjustable but do not stay in place. You have to safety pin underneath them.

Jejeje

Belt is nice - good quality, but I measured 52" and so I ordered the 52" and up size and it is way too large - couldn't get it to wrap and close and be tight enough to give support. So I had to modify it by sewing to reduce the length by about 5-6". Now it closes and is a proper fit.
