Saved the day
Our AC stopped working, and we thought something was wrong with our system because the Daiken remove would still let us turn the heater on. I decided to order this remote to see if it would fix the issue before initiating a service call with an AC company. THANK GOODNESS, this remote worked, and our AC is back in operation again! It looks exactly like the factory remote (minus the logo) and it fit on the wall mount bracket we already had on the wall so we didn't need to install a new bracket. Plus, our old remote was faded and ugly looking, this new one is shiny white!

Does anyone ever loose something and order a replacement? Then once you order the missing item shows up. This happened to me so now I have two remotes. This product works great. I enjoy the green light up screen.
