Chickens love it! So easy to install with tool included and drilling into the bucket was very easy. Took maybe 8 minutes to complete full set up. I really like the covers included to keep night time pests from exploring the feed.

Why didn’t I do this sooner?! Bought 5 gallon buckets from TSCO. Drilled out the holes and screwed them in. No problems since. I popped them up on support blocks from HD. Chickens love them. Had zero issues with 12 chickens who never used anything like this figuring out how to use them. I just sprinkled some pellets around the ground and they stuck their heads right in. 2 buckets hold a large 40# bag of food and lasts 12 chickens 2 weeks or so. Highly recommend this feed system. Made it easier to maintain, clean, and fill for everyone.

Still using the ones I bought for my first chickens 4 years ago. They were easy to install with a cheap power drill I had, 3 of them in the sides of a 5-gallon food grade bucket. Beats buying expensive feeders with plenty of room for them to easily access their food. Love the covers I use at night to reduce invitation of the many local rodents! (We live in the woods). These are for my new pullets that I hope to buy this spring.

Pretty straight forward install. The bit is not very good but worked. I put them on a 2.5 gallon round bucket and it worked alright without the o-rings. Chickens like it need to be off the ground a few inches. Chicken approved

I wasn't sure how these were going to work, but they turned out great! Same problem with traditional water bowls, 70% of the feed gets Wasted! Not any more. I used a square 5 gallon plastic kitty litter container instead of a round bucket. Put bricks in it to hold it down, set it up on cinder blocks and tied the handle to the chicken run. And put a layer of bricks down so the chickens could reach the cups. At first they did Not like it. But we put the chickens heads in and as soon as one figured it out, they all did. Even if they roost on the top, they really cant poop in their food. And i got it high enough off the ground where they really can't kick dirt in it. These were a little pricey but payed for themselves inside a month. Highly recommend!

Works perfectly. I turned a 30gal plastic trash can into a feeder with this and it keeps the feed clean and dry. It was very easy to install. We have increased our flock recently and Im planning to purchase again to make a second feeder.

So functional and easy to set up I got another set so the ladies have more dinning options :) The kit comes with a custom hole saw piece to attach to your drill so you can quickly cut out the right size to fit in the feeder ports onto any container you wish to use! So easy! Set up in less than 5 mins. The chickens figured it out in minutes and I now have a feeder that holds a full bag of feed that has much less waste and won’t get rained on or need to be filled often! Super happy with this purchase :)

Hello, I bought these feeder ports for our new chickens. They work great, however you need to choose the container with great specificity. We first tried a larger container, but the chickens couldn't get to the food at the back of the container. After we installed a couple of these, the chickens were able to get it all. Also, the taller the container the better as sometimes the food can get stuck if its wet, and isn't retrievable by the chickens.

super easy to install! used 2 per 5gal bucket takes about a bag per two and lasts a month and no excess dropping of food now. i hang my bucks and works great
