I’m 3+ months post knee replacement surgery, and am using this to try to relieve various pains and tightnesses. I’m still working on the best ways to use it on my bed (unable to get to the floor). It’s easy to maneuver, and I think it will become easier over time.

Love love love. Only issue is it does seem to be breaking down already. Not horribly though.

I am not able 2 use It us not for the elderly. Just about all the exercises have to be done on the floor. It is very hard 2 work with.
