I said, "oh no not again I won't even open the box." Then I picked it up from the porch and the box was as heavy as the bed-in-a-bag that I used to buy. I figured it was new technology (like my pillow) where you put it in the dryer to puff it up. I went back to the Amazon offer and noticed that within the description there are instructions to do just that. I went to my local laundromat where they have full size 3 load dryers and then opened the box and put the comforter in for about 20 minutes. Perfect and fluffy just like the pictures in the Amazon offer. I am very pleased with the quality of the fabric, the stitching is flawless and the overall density and warmth is excellent. The comforter is true to size. I use it on a standard king size bed not the California king because I pull the comforter to the edge of the head so it is completely under the pillows and that's why I needed a longer comforter.
