Very sharp ! Just hope that lasts . Great size and weight to do peeling potatoes to cutting through pork rib loins like butter . Great value for money . The saw blade cut through day old ciabatta with no trouble at all . Would definitely recommend

They have covers for safety as the blades are very sharp and are great for cutting vegetables and salad. All round a great knife set.
