- No installation required, just plug in and press to talk; this is FM 462 MHz wireless signal voice transmission and reception via air - no requirement for house one power meter  - One to one communication. Three-channel operation for talk, listen and call  - STATIONS label for identification of designated stations. - Channel LED indicator, auto-return Slide CHANNEL switch operation, with CTCSS code for selection of clear channel Note : Channel 1 is factory default channel. If you do not set-up designated stations, all units revert to the same channel after conversation. To set up your designated station - Just slide and hold the channel button until it beeps and channel LED lights.  - TALK button for PRESS to talk (PTT)  - Lockable TALK button let you talk continuously, unlock (manually, not automatic system) for listening. - Effective distance: Approx. 500 feet (line of sight, range will diminish depend on walls, floors, metal objects, etc.)  - Unit size : Approx. 7 x 4.25 x 1.875 inches  - Power source : Mains AC Power only (Plug-in AC adapter is included, not for battery operation). For short-term battery-powered operation, use USB portable phone power bank (battery not included).  NOTE :  - This product is subject to picking up random signals, and interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.  - For room monitoring. Please use professional Baby Monitor for baby monitoring. The intercom is not meant to replace proper adult supervision. You should check your child's activity at regular intervals as this intercom will not alert parents to the silent activities of a child.  - The intercom will release the LOCK automatically (the talk indicator goes out) after 10 hours.  - Keep all parts of this intercom out of reach of children !
