SIG SAUER Buckmasters 3-12x44mm Riflescope

Was a little skeptical about buying a low cost scope, but I absolutely love this scope. Very clear, love the thin reticle and it holds zero, shot after shot. Granted, it's mounted on a .223 cal. and I can't speak for it's performance on a more powerful rifle. I plan to try one on a 6.5 Creedmoor. I'll update when I do.

Great scope for the price. Remember, this is a $100 scope, not a $1,000 scope. For the price, excellent light and clarity. Eye relieve is great at the 3x, but gets progressively worse at magnification. Might be me. Haven’t gotten to the range yet but only putting it on a .223 and a 10/22 so no worries about durability: I won’t be running around banging it so can’t speak to that.

Surprisingly easy to zero, loved the turrets tactile clicks, glass clarity was great, reticle was so crisp and the magnification was impressive. I installed it on a friend's Sig M400 with a stainless steel 16in barrel. Was a little tough to find good 1in tube mounts for it but once I did and zeroed it at 50yd, it was so pleasant to group with. On full magnification at 50 - 200 yards it was easy to put rounds inside of 1 inch circle targets. Very easy to hit targets out to 500 yards with this, makes for a great hunting scope. Just make sure you remember what power magnification you zero your rifle on because the zero will shift based on the magnification.

Very good value for the money. I really like the reticle and the glass is exceptionally clear. The slight tint is appreciated on bright days. The scope feels very rugged and at least externally looks like it could take a beating. Not sure how well it will hold a zero after a beating though. I've been pretty delicate with mine so far It seems to handle recoil from a 308 with no difficulty at all. I think you could easily use this on a 30-06 or even 300 win mag with no issues whatsoever. One gripe I have is that you have to unscrew the handle on the zoom adjustment dial when you go to 12x. Otherwise the handle will get in the way of your bolt handle on the rifle. But I'm glad they made the zoom handle able to be removed.

This is the best low-end scope that you could possibly get. It is very clear from 3 to 7 or 8 power you get a little bit of distortion from 10 to 12 power. But hey it is $100 scope not $1,000 scope. And it has 4' eye relief as well . With that being said I am absolutely 100% satisfied serves my needs perfectly. I mean I'm not shooting further than 300 yards anyway. I'll give it 10 out of 10 rating

hard to beat these scopes for the money. they have very clear glass and pretty nice adjustments. i have several and they just work.

Love these scopes. Own 2 of them. For the price you can't go wrong.

For the money, these scopes are indestructible. Mine is good out to 500 yds.
