Reliable, Time-Saving Injection Packers That Perform Exactly as Needed
These 1/2" stainless steel mechanical injection packers are well-made and perform exactly as expected for polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylate injection work. The instant-removal design is a major advantage, saving time during both installation and cleanup compared to traditional packers. The stainless steel construction feels solid and durable, with consistent threading and a secure seal once installed. The zerk fitting connection works smoothly with standard injection equipment, allowing for efficient material flow without leaks or slipping during use. What really stands out is the consistency across the pack of 100—each packer is uniform, cleanly machined, and ready to use right out of the box. For professional applications where speed and reliability matter, this makes a noticeable difference in workflow. Overall, this is a high-quality, cost-effective bulk option for contractors or technicians performing frequent injection work. Strong build, easy removal, and dependable performance make these a great addition to any repair or sealing setup.

"I" drill and pull through, for 7mm port
If installing in a metal jar lid. Their reseal ability is questionable after a few injections using 18 gauge or larger. But they get me where I'm going.
