Review: Almost complete kit for Samsung A12 screen replacement - I recently dropped my phone in the parking lot and shattered the screen of my Samsung Galaxy A12. It is a 5 year old phone and I just wanted to see if I have DIY the screen change. Watched a few YouTube videos on the topic and found it to be a bit complicated but possible with the right tools. I thought if I am able to fix the screen I will continue using the 5-year old phone or it will be an experience and I will get a new phone. Thanks for this screen replacement kit with frame I can continue using the phone. No need to spend $$$s to buy a new phone. The kit is complete with all the tools required including 3 magnetic screw drivers, wedges to pry the case open and remove the battery, and two sticks which help opening up the assembly well. The kit is intuitive to use and the tools are color coded so it is easy to know exactly which screwdriver to use for the right set of screws. As a bonus it comes with a tempered glass screen protector which I really liked. I wish the blue wedges they provide is slightly tougher and bigger than a guitar pluck it would make prying the battery open a lot easier. Other than that this is a perfect kit for even the beginner to disassemble the Samsung A12, change the screen and put it back together.
Review: It really works and it was neatly packed - I've bought many and not much lcds works. This ones works and so far it works very good. 30th April 2025. I'll continue to use it and update in if there is an issue

**Q: Received the wrong screen and got sm-a125f which is not compatible, instead of sm-a125u**
A: If you ordered the a125f that is not compatible then just send it back with the explaination of "not as described" as you were clearly led there believing it is the sm-a 125u.  Then re-order.

A: I believe that if you want the gold phone then you will have to purchase the whole phone.  All screen replacements come in black.

**Q: Touch doesn't work but screen turns on. How do I contact seller?**
A: This is most likely a problem with the connector however less than 5% of products can be what they call DOA.  Just send the bad one back with explanation "defective" or check the cable connections by removing and re-seating them to see if it fixes it first.
