So its roughly 78 days old. And 1 of the magnets came unglued today at work. I know it's just an accessory, but nonetheless shouldn't it have at least a 90 day warranty? And I don't use it every day. Always kept clean and locked in my toolbox !!So I called customer service and talked to Nathan by the way I could barely understand his attempt to speak English. He said thank you for being an Amazon prime member since 2012 with numerous purchases. But there's nothing I can do. And it came from Amazon not a 3rd party vendor. So he said let me talk to my Supervisor. Got back on the line and said they were going to make a one time exception and refund my money. Told him I just wanted a new one. Nope. Can't send you another tray worth 15.63 cents. But I can refund your money. What the hell is the difference? So I said fine. Purchased another one with the refund they gave me.
