They are fresh and usual Panasonic high quality. The price is really right. I have an alarm system so I wind up buying multiple packages at a time. The price is so low that when I see that some area needs to have a battery replacement, I just change all the windows instead of trying to find the one that is weak. Much easier to find these and other button batteries on Amazon than shopping around for a Radio Shack that is still open. The price in really right as well.
