Very good system, very easy to install, lots of cable length so you dont have to worry where you place the cameras. The 3TB hard drive is more than enough storgar to last a long time, plus you can also format it to make more space. Picture quality is excellent. You can move the cameras via the app or on the tablet to the position you require, plus the ones I got have the smart detection mode which is handy for night time viewing. Highly recommend, you won't get a better system for this price 👍🏻Customer Service is exceptional 5stars.

Arrived promptly, everything you need to set up, easy to follow instructions, plug in and watch. Very impressed with quality of equipment and quality of images.

You should always do your homework before any big spends which is what I thought I had thoroughly done prior to purchasing this Hiseeu camera system. Unit arrived as excpected and pretty easy and straight forward to set up... Until you hit a glitch. The info book was pretty limited for problem solving or FAQ's - Next step is always good ol Google. Every single Hiseeu page where the Google search comes up with the answer, is a "Page not found" or error 404 - Help pages DO NOT exist. Next step YouTube which was helpful with one thing but hasnt been enough on its own to trouble shoot the problem we are having with the intermittent signal loss, freezing and unpairing. No physical technical reason for the issue as the cameras have a clear signal and WiFi route, hence needing to search for other possible solutions. From the 4 cameras, we are down to just 2 working. Will be doing a full factory reset layer today and if there is still issues with this, it will have to be returned to Amazon as its not fit for the purpose of use. This has been a learning curve and something new on me, remember to check that you're buying from a functioning company who have Web pages that can offer support and answers. If we could have got these working as they should, would have been happy enough with the picture quality, it's not the best but is better than some others on the market.

Have had four different t CCTV systems. And this is by far the best. It wins always, from ease of setup to quality pictures and recording. Set up is relatively simple. Just pair each camera with the NVR before you install them at their location. This system operated flawlessly for 15 months. It was the hard drive failed, which was from a reputed HD manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer customer service department and OMG, how brilliant they were. After a few emails on the problem. They established it was hard drive failure. Immediately, they sent a replacement. Problem solved and system running as reliable as ever. I can only recommend this system and the Customer support services that I’ve experienced. Five stars .

Really good system and the images are very good. easy to install and setup. The cables are a really good lengh and the connectivity is very good.. no issues so far. Only issue i am having is the NVR/Screen is noisy. We set ours up in the bedroom b4 we knew how loud the NVR/screen is and the wife really hates that it is noisy. Not sure if it is meant to be like that or it might be faulty.

This is a brilliant piece of kit for the cost. Easy to install, CAT 5 cables supplied are of generous lengths. If you need a longer cable no issue with that. Set up is simple and app set up for remote monitoring works well and easy to set up. I like the alerts and the ability to speak to people to instruct them to leave parcels in a secure location. You can hear them speak back at you. Haven't had to shout at an intruder yet. You can adjust sensitivity to avoid alerts from animals if you wish or if you want to see the fox in the garden to upload to nature programs you can. No lagging in transmission of live recording to your app, the connection is very good. Tested myself lifting my hand up and it's super quick, virtually no lagging. Internet speed does play part of this, and I don't have super fast broadband/fibre where I live. 60mbps download and average 15mbps upload. Great clarity in picture quality and 4 spare ways should you want to expand the number of cameras. Night vision recording is very good. The infrared light on the camera is a good a deterrent. Overall my experience has been excellent. Far better product compared to others I have used before. DVR is compact with it's own screen and can be linked to a bigger screen with HDMI cable. Clear images on NVR screen and big screen and the phone. Look nowhere else for a CCTV kit. This is the daddy. Perfect for home and you would be able to use it for your business like a shop. Protect your property, business, family and staff. Great value for money, looks smart and works like a dream.

The customer service from Hiseeu was excellent. After reporting an issue with my monitor, they responded quickly, attempted troubleshooting, and then immediately arranged and shipped a replacement system. The new unit arrived promptly and works perfectly. The entire process was fast and hassle-free, and I highly recommend this company for their great product and responsive support.

this camera has been way better than I expected for my business. The video quality is super clear, even at night, and the motion detection is pretty spot on—not too sensitive, but still catches what matters. The app is easy to use (took me a minute to get used to it, but no big deal), and everything runs smoothly. Setup was simple, and the fact that there’s no monthly fee is a huge plus. When i ask quetions about camara ,customer service was quick to solved my problem. I definitely recommend!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kamerasystem. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert und sieht super aus des Weiteren sind die Funktionen leicht verständlich. Besonders positiv finde ich die stabile Verbindung und die klare Bildqualität, auch bei Nacht. Der Kundenservice hat schnell und freundlich auf meine Rückfragen reagiert, was für mich ein großes Plus ist. Insgesamt macht das System einen zuverlässigen Eindruck und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ho comprato e installato questo sistema di videosorveglianza Wi-Fi composto da due telecamere fisse e due telecamere rotanti a 360°, con un disco fisso da 1 TB che registra 24 ore su 24. E' oltre un anno che è in funzione e non posso che esserne più contento, soprattutto perchè ha tutte le funzionalità di cui si possa aver bisogno. L’installazione è risultata rapida, il sistema offre la doppia fruizione delle immagini sia su televisore collegato alla centralina sia in remoto tramite un’app dedicata. Tra le funzionalità preferite segnalo la possibilità di configurare allarmi sonori, ricevere notifiche dai sensori di movimento e attivare luci di illuminazione al rilevamento: funzioni che aumentano notevolmente il livello di sicurezza. La visione notturna è eccellente e garantisce dettagli chiari anche in condizioni di scarsa illuminazione. Considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo, il prodotto è prefetto. Inoltre il produttore mi ha fornito un’assistenza rapida ed efficace per risolvere un piccolo problema post-installazione.Consigliatissimo

Très bien, très très facile d'installation et d'utilisation. Très bonne vision de jour comme de nuit, même dans les pièces sombres, et même avec rallonge de cable ethernet (j'ai 38m pour relier la caméra arrière), les cables sont très longs, mais là, il manquait 8m. Je l'utilise pour surveiller mes chevaux et poneys, parking et carrière. Mode enregistrement en continue, possibilité de revoir des passages sur plusieurs jours très facile. Possibilité de communiquer avec les personnes. Installation sur mon téléphone super facilie aussi. Différents niveaux d'alertes, vraiment, super produit.

I bought it and one if the cameras didt work. I sent it back and still haven't received any answer! Very bad customer service. I need a get another camera
