how old to be able to use the bumbo and weight?

I had a Bumbo for my son years ago and loved it until he was 6 months old. I recently got one for my almost-4 month old and her chubby legs barely fit! We have to hold each leg opening a bit to get her in, and getting her out of the seat is difficult. She weighs 14 pounds. I’m not sure we can use it much longer.

Bought for my four month old. She took to it straight away. To compliment it, buy the tray too. Baby loves to sit and play with whatever is put in front of her on the tray. This 'trains' the baby to sit upright and so far, so good! We also use it for when we do the usually household tasks, baby gets sat in the Bumbo pointing towards us so baby can sit upright and watch parents clean, cook, wash and argue together!
