For example, The Messy Room has really helped us to encourage her to take on the responsibility of helping clean up her toys. I really like that all the stories are conveniently all in one hardcover book, but the pages inside the book are a bit thin and fragile. We are usually careful with books and we have accidentally ripped a couple of pages, and it didn't require much force to do it. So I definitely wouldn't recommend for children who are usually not gentle with books. This book is a collection of nearly all of the classic longform-ish stories. I remember reading Berenstain Bears and the new baby, and Berenstain Bears and the messy room when I was younger. My 2 year old LOVES it! I read him the dentist story for days before his first visit to the dentist and it really helped. Each story is a bit long though, about 5-6 minutes per story.
