how long i can use it after open the package and put it in the refrigerator?

Honestly, after I opened mine, I put it in the freezer. I wasn't sure how long it would take me to use the entire package, so I figured it would be fine there. They were! They held up so well and tasted so good, l ordered a larger size and just put it directly in the freezer!

That has to be a mistake! I only paid $2.98!! See if there's a shipping fee attached, because third party companies may charge a shipping fee and you don't notice it! It's usually written in italics. No way that's the correct price!!

How long is the product good for after its expiration date?

We keep most of it frozen and it keeps forever seemingly. Refrigerated, it last several months after opening, so I don't pay attention to the use by date anymore. We use in scrambled eggs & casseroles, soups, on pizza, etc.

Are they at safeway/qfc stores and in what department?

The bacon bits can be purchased online from Safeway and delivered to your door. As for in store, I suggest you look in the aisle for salad dressings and toppings. As for QFC, I am not sure. I hope this information helps you out.
