When sleeping I get a leg cramp in my right leg. I take two of these small pills under the tung and in a few minutes the leg cramp is lessened or gone. If not, I take two more and in a few more minutes the cramp is totally gone.

I have used this product and give it a thumbs up. Ifi take it before i sleep... i have no leg cramps. If I foreget to take and i have the cramps ... this product releaves them in about 2-3 minutes. I have also use dill pickle juice to relieve the cramps but find this product works better.

This product is a God Send !!! I have 2 pinched nerves in my back (which I get injections for about every 3-4 months) but when I lay down and my muscles relax I get Horrible cramps in my right leg and foot that wake me up. I used to have to get up and walk it off. I now take ONE of these pills at night when I am lying in bed watching TV....Does NOT "Knock me out" like a sleeping pill....but helps me drift off to sleep and I can sleep ALL Night with NO Leg/Foot cramps. If I do have to get up there is NO hungover feeling like with a sleeping pill.....If you have Never had leg or foot cramps at night then You are very lucky...BUT...If you DO....TRY these pills - All I Need is 1 to dissolve under my tongue and I am good. HUGE THANKS to the Person or Team that invented or came up with these !!!

I get (got) foot & leg cramps also restless legs. Could not get a good nights sleep. Tried Hylands Leg Cramps PM . Now as soon as I know I might have a problem I take 2 pills under tongue just before bedtime. Works quickly.

I suffer from leg cramps nightly, and I have been using these leg cramps p.m. for about two months now and have not had one leg cramp. Also because of the ingredients in this product I seem to sleep a little better and are more rested when I awake in the morning. These are a godsend if you have leg cramps and muscle cramping in your legs at night. Easy to use with just dissolving under your tongue and really have no taste.

I get the worse 'Charlie horses'. They're so bad they wake me up & immediately I jump out of bed to stand & walk before my legs lock. Hyland has been a God send as all I do is place three under my tongue, which dissolves quickly & boom cramps are gone, just that fast. Now I keep them on my nightstand. So now instead of being awake for an hour trying to relieve the cramps, walking them out, massaging them & using muscle rubs, I'm back in bed within minutes. There's really no taste plus as I said they dissolve very fast.

Night time relief! I keep these in a drawer by my bed. I usually take 2 just before turning out the lights. If I wake and cannot sleep, they are handy to have near by. They do work!
