Rain Bird β€œThe Intelligent Use of Water” Review: Very Nice Impact Sprinkler! - Very happy with the purchase of this Rain Bird Sprinkler! I’ve used other branded sprinklers for years and some worked ok and some not very well. We have a well water system so our pressure does fluctuate and I run 2 sprinkler heads together that use 100’ of 5/8” hose. These Rain Bird Impact Sprinklers throw out a great amount of water and have not suffered when the water pressure briefly is reduced until the reservoir tank pump kicks in. They truly can throw out water 40’. Review: The best sprinkler. - Hands down the best sprinkler I have used. Lots of adjustments to control watering pattern. I have has multiple neighbours ask me about these units and they have gone and bought the same. ## Features - #1 selling plastic impact sprinkler now mounted to a robust metal stake for portable hose-end use - Double brass-weighted arm for slower rotation and better water coverage - Diffuser screw creates smaller water droplets for more uniform coverage - Straight through flow for superior performance in dirty water conditions - Water Saver brass weighted PJ spray guide arm controls stream, prevents side splash onto buildings and walkways - Removable bayonet nozzle for easy cleaning - Straight-through-flow sprinkler design for superior performance in dirty water conditions - Full circle (360Β°) or part circle (20Β° to 340Β°) coverage with infinite pattern adjustment - 25' - 41' Spray Distance ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B005MICYTU | | Brand | Rain Bird | | Brand Name | Rain Bird | | Color | Green/Black | | Colour | Green/Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 392 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00077985013714 | | Inlet Connection Size | 0.75 Inches | | Item Dimensions | 17.1 x 7.1 x 35.9 centimeters | | Item Type Name | Plastic Impact Sprinkler on Large Metal Spike, Adjustable 20Β° - 360Β° | | Item Weight | 0.05 Pounds | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 17.1 x 7.1 x 35.9 centimeters | | Manufacturer | Rain Bird | | Manufacturer Part Number | P5RLSP | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Maximum Flow Rate | 1.5 Gallons Per Minute | | Maximum Pressure | 50 Pound per Square Inch | | Maximum pressure | 50 Pound per Square Inch | | Model Number | P5RLSP | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Style | Plastic Impact Sprinkler on Stake | | Style Name | Plastic Impact Sprinkler on Stake | | UPC | 077985013714 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Rain Bird - **Color:** Green/Black - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 6.75 x 2.8 x 14.13 inches - **Material:** Plastic - **Style:** Plastic Impact Sprinkler on Stake ## Images ![Rain Bird Outoor Products - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ERvvFNzEL.jpg) ![Rain Bird Outoor Products - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61q-KW8t8QL.jpg) ![Rain Bird Outoor Products - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/919ccFbzIsL.jpg) ![Rain Bird Outoor Products - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31EQ6NDLGHL.jpg) ![Rain Bird Outoor Products - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ipN2CudIL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Nice Impact Sprinkler! *by W***5 on 11 August 2026* Very happy with the purchase of this Rain Bird Sprinkler! I have has multiple neighbours ask me about these units and they have gone and bought the same. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This product is all wet. *by J***Y on 23 July 2018* So far so good. Easily adjustable. I have only run it for maybe 6 hours so far. The spike is very nice and appears strong, no sign of fatigue yet. This sprinkler head already lasted longer then the last cheap Orbit unit I got on clearance. The sprinkler head itself also seems well built. I just bought another bare Rain Bird sprinkler head of this model to use on the spike leftover from the defunct orbit model. That shows my level of confidence in this unit.
