Does it come with the clarks tag on the outside

Yes, it is authentic. I currently have 17 pairs of Clark's Desert Boots, many directly from Clark's stores or Clark's website, I have ben wearing Clark's since the 1960's (they were a requirement for certain hip folks in my high school).
