Sound is pretty good, the controls are excellent, but the biggest problem is the Blue Tooth antenna.This is the third pair of these that I've had, the first had other issues as well as the blue tooth, the second pair only had the Blue tooth issue, and this one only has the Blue Tooth issue. I'm keeping this pair because I think the only way to get a set that doesn't have an issue with Bluetooth would be to buy a more expensive pair or get lucky.So here is what happens. It pairs up easily and as long as your device is in line of site it runs wonderfully, but if you stick it in your pocket it will cut out on you often. I know that it isn't the Bluetooth on my devices because they have worked well in the past with other head sets and this issue happens with two separate devices (my tablet and phone).If you are using this with devices that are in line of site (like for kids watching movies on DVDs or Tablets) then it is awesome, or if you have an armband that you keep your phone/MP3 player in while you work out it is great, but if you are going to keep your device in your pocket you may want to try a different brand.It stinks because if these had a better Bluetooth antenna they would be the best deal out there in headphones. ### ⭐⭐ Good and Oh so Bad!!! *by A***R on August 19, 2014* The look of the product is great. It is true to the picture and it works well as headphones to listen to music. HOWEVER...it sucks when it comes to taking phone calls. I'm not sure if I have a defected product, but everytime I start talking, people always complain that they are unable to hear me. The headset keeps going out. I have to keep turning the device off and on in order to make it work and that is throughout the entire phone call which gets frustrating! The device has great potential but my whole reason for buying it was to have hands free conversation. It breaks up and cracks while listening to music, even in the same room. I don't use it for calls due to the poor connection quality. And don't even think about leaving the room, then the sound stops completely. Even when working out with my phone in my armband it still cracks up like I'm too far away from the phone. I'll use it until it burns out which will probably be soon.
