I like the small form factor of this light and the low power draw, plus it is SAE compliant so ROAD LEGAL!!! Yes, you are buying a single fog light. I bought one fog, and one driving light to try out the beam patterns. I ended up keeping both for different uses. The fog light spreads a fairly soft very wide pattern. This would be ideal for a UTV or side-by-side. I placed both the fog and driving light on my racecar for a race that went into dusk. These helped with visibility (ie, other cars seeing my small Miata). The fog light is insufficient for high speed driving as it puts out a very wide pattern, but it does not throw it far down the road. I see these working really well in vehicles with limited space for auxiliary lights...like a Subaru or Tacoma. I am going to keep the fog light and try it out as a ditch light mounted on the A-pillar, or possibly a work light mounted high on my offroader. This would give some soft scene lighting and will not blind you if you accidentally look directly at the light.

Poor item description, says it comes with two lights and wiring. For this money I got one light and nothing else.
