Review: Exactly As Described, Will Not Wow But Will Work - Bought these as a back-up for going to a performance, but did not end up using them. However, testing it on other things compared to the binoculars i did use have yielded comparable results aside from the obvious difference in eye distance and that my chosen binoculars were longer distance. These work surprisingly well and are extremelt compact, unobstrive to keep in a pocket, work bag/backpack side pocket, or perhaps in a clasp purse or fanny pack. The flatness is the real bonus, but they are otherwise comparable to longer binoculars of similar pricepoint. Their focus distance is nothing amazing, but better than no magnification and will easily get you a good quick look at animals or distant signage. I would not exactly recommend these for opera if you're in distant seats, but in a pinch they would make a difference. By design there are drawbacks, so it can be uncomfortable to use because of the fixed eye distance. But it is very well-made for the type of design it has. Lightweight, easy to use, the wheel spins easily but is not loose and will not be moved accidentally by using the binoculars, and it feels like it could survive a reasonable everyday drop. The picture is perfectly clear and very easy to focus, and opening/closing doesn't require too much effort. If you want normal binoculars, get normal binoculars. If you want a quick cheap magnifying tool to keep on your person for the occasional need or interesting bird, this is great. Even though I didn't use it for the show, I'll keep it around.
Review: All plastic, over priced, Dollar Store Quality - All plastic, over priced, Dollar Store quality. Returned it. Bought a Celestron monocular for same price. I also had a hard time seeing through it.... the eye-viewing openings seem to be made for a child's face and eye position rather than adult. Yeah, I was very disappointed in it.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the lenses glass?**
A: No they're plastic

**Q: What's the IPD (distance between the center of one lens to the center of the other) for these?**
A: 12.16.19... using a 12 inch ruler... 3.5 inches. Plus minus 1-32nd of inch.

**Q: Anyone with glasses used this?**
A: Yeah--they "sort of" work. Don't think it's because of my glasses--I just cant get them to always focus. Sometimes they are fine, then my husband uses them and when I get them back I can't get them to refocus without a lot of effort. I think I will get a better pair. I don't recommend these.

**Q: Is this device useful for seeing objects that are between 4 and 10 feet away such as the marks and numbers on a standard tape measure?**
A: Yes but ten feet is pushing it. It’s more like 4 to eight away. I bought them to see upper shelf numbers at Hom

### ⭐ All plastic, over priced, Dollar Store Quality
*by A***R on February 9, 2023*

All plastic, over priced, Dollar Store quality. Returned it. Bought a Celestron monocular for same price. I also had a hard time seeing through it.... the eye-viewing openings seem to be made for a child's face and eye position rather than adult. Yeah, I was very disappointed in it.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Cheap
*by S***. on May 22, 2024*

These glasses are cheaply made and likely won't last long. They work fine but don't have much range or much variable focus ability. I guess you get what you pay for.
