I wanted a sturdy weight bench that's foldable, not too cheap, and easy to use. This one checks almost all the boxes. First, the adjustment on the back rest is quite easy. There's a hook shaped crevice for each of the positions and you simply drop the bar in. It's very safe as a result, and there's no pin to worry about moving, or tightening. Next, the footrests are sturdy. I like it's a rectangular shape, versus the round shape you see on the less expensive ones. The footpads that touches the floor are circular and large enough to give stability. I'm using these on top foam pads, and there's a little wobble as a result of the foam. The padding is sufficient for presses. The texture on the padding is fantastic. It prevents you from sliding like those slick ones, giving additional stability. I'm a tall man, and when I do incline presses, my head is a bit above the top. This could be a concern for you if you do heavy weights, and if so, you should get a bigger and more stable bench. Overall, satisfied with the purchase. It does everything a bench of this price range should -- sturdy, easily adjustable, well padded, and prevents sliding. If you're over 6 foot and do inclines, then you may want to consider a longer bench, but it's fine for my needs.

Bought for husband for home gym. He loves it so much more than the one he had. Very sturdy, very easy to assemble, easy to adjust for different routines. I like the ability to do sit ups. It is great height and easy to move around.

This is a bench is a good value. Solid construction, has enough cushion but is not overly cushy, is easily collapsible for space saving and it easy to assemble. It is a basic bench but hits all the notes for working out. The price point makes this an excellent purchase. Would highly recommend.

I have one complaint and one complaint only: there’s nowhere to store the center pin when the bench is folded. It’s such a simple feature they could’ve added! I solved it by clipping a small carabiner to the little strap you use to fold the bench and hanging the pin there so it doesn’t wander off. Works perfectly. The seat adjustment pin can stay put, but the center pin hole isn’t accessible once the bench is folded, which makes storage a bit awkward. As for the bench itself—it’s sturdy, stable, and a great pick for my first weight bench since starting my fitness/weight loss journey. I do find the curved backrest a little unnecessary (especially during hip thrusts), but it’s easy enough to work around. I just brace it against the wall and wedge a foam roller between the seat and the wall for extra stability, since the base is wider than the top. It folds up nicely—not totally flat, but compact enough to stand upright in a corner when not in use. For the price, it’s a great value and feels secure for all my workouts.

This is a great workout bench. It’s easy and quick to assemble and I love that you can adjust the angle to target different muscles. I am 6 ft tall and this is a perfect size. Just long enough for me to fit on. It’s sturdy well built and the cushion has the right amount of padding. Highly recommend if you need something that’s versatile and compact to stow away when it’s not in use. It’s not THE most compact but it fits perfectly under a bed or even in a closet.

Very sturdy, doesn’t shift around when using. It is a little smaller in terms of length, but as a 6 foot tall person, works perfectly fine. Great item for the price as well!

Easy to assemble and solid. It is just right for doing a number of exercises. I’m 6’ 1” and the size is fine.
