My 7yr old son loves these books. Although he reads at 6th grade level he really loves the story. Takes about 30mins to read front to back but worth it. Mr. O'Ryan, please write for 12 yr olds!!!

My 6 Year old son read this book very quickly and asked to re-read it within days of finishing. This is a great book for introduction to chapter books with a fun plot including both realistic and futuristic science projects. I highly reccomend.
