I found my son's cast was a bit too close to his underarm to get the best fit although it did work. He is a large 18month old and his thumb couldn't stay in the thumb spot and the cover completely cover the cast at the same time. Only problem I had was be careful if you are using the cover at a place that had rough ground or near any rough objects. My son used it a water park where the ground was rough and it caused tiny holes in cover that allows water in. Review: Bonne idée mais ne convient pas pour un coude plâtre. Trop court.
