Anyone else notice this?** A: The height adjustment works correctly when the release lever is pushed and the vacuum handle is at an angle. When the vacuum is locked in its upright position, the height adjustment dial is not engaged, by design. I believe everyone observing the "the height adjustment doesn't touch anything and is useless" is looking at it with the vacuum handle locked it the upright position. **Q: why does it take so long to receive item? 1-3 months??** A: I have prime so it took one day or so. **Q: Stepping on it to release and use makes a sharp plastic sound every time, is this normal? Feels like it might break.** A: Hi Dear Shopper- We understood your concern about the sound. But it's actually normal, out of the friction during the cord retraction. If anything went wrong or broke, please feel free to contact our Customer Service at 1-800-282-2886 for further support! Thanks for coming to Eureka! -Eureka Customer Support Team **Q: How do I return this item** A: Call Amazon customer care people, I'm sure they cn help you. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A MUST BUY!! *by on Reviewed in the United States 18 October 2026* GREAT vacuum!! GREAT price!! The suction is amazing!! It's super lightweight!! It went from room to room without having to unplug so the cord is a great length!! I have pets and the vacuum did amazing on my carpets and my kitchen floor!! I was reading some reviews and some of them said that the vacuum is super loud but to me it's not any louder than any other vacuum!! I feel this is a great vacuum and I'm soooooooo glad I purchased!! En conclusión es una muy buena aspiradora si lo que buscas es limpiar pelo de mascotas, polvo etc ### ⭐ UAE ppl note this *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 28 November 2022* This review is for the people who resides in UAE and want to use it UAE, This is 110 V vacuum cleaner, so you need a converter to use this.Converter costs you more than 150 Dhs. ## Frequently Bought Together - Eureka NEU182B PowerSpeed Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner, Purple - 6 Pack E0202 Powerspeed foam Filters Repalce for Eureka NEU182A, NEU181, NEU182B, NEU188A, NEU192A, NEU180, NEU182, NEU180C,NEU186, NEU188, NEU190, NEU1982, NEU180B, NEU202 Lightweight Bagless Vacuum - KEEPOW Vacuum Belt for Eureka, Part E0205 Belt for Eureka, Power Speed Vacuum Belts fit for Eureka NEU182B, NEU182A, NEU188A, NEU181, NEU180, NEU180B, NEU182, NEU186, NEU188, 4 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.id/products/338900363-eureka-neu182b-powerspeed-bagless-upright-vacuum-cleaner-purple](https://www.desertcart.id/products/338900363-eureka-neu182b-powerspeed-bagless-upright-vacuum-cleaner-purple) --- *Product available on Desertcart Indonesia* *Store origin: ID* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
