Very great product for the price and amount it comes with. These help me get the best pump in the gym. Usually take about 30 ish minutes before a workout with pre workout and get an amazing lift!!

I've been using this pre workout for about a year and it's the best I've used always get the best pump and the results are there. For everyone that says it does nothing. I think you are not actually working out or just lying and trying to get it for free..I love this pre work out.

I used this product as directed and I did notice a difference after the first week of using this product. The pump seemed to come on more quickly during my workouts. This isn’t going to be a skin splitting product, but the results are certainly noticeable after a week or so. I would use again.

This really gives u a great pump

I literally try this the day it came in. I hit the gym about 15-30 mins after taking it like the bottle says. And my arms were almost to swollen I seen the vain pop a little more then normal. But it didn't stop there. It was cramping other muscles like the pump was to intense. I'm goin to try to take 2 to 3 pills next time and not the 4 it recommended, so far that one day was awesome
