Does not work under water as stated! Stays on putty knife and will not spread under water. Just globs and falls to bottom of pool! Great product for sealing around things. Was not sealed the best and had to waste quite a big ring of paste as they had not air sealed it the best. Also seemed to not be that full of a pail. Used it to patch the walls of my above ground pool around jet and skimmer. Plan on using to patch the liner inside in 2 places as well. Hopefully it does not harden before I can use the rest. I sealed it as shown and hope it does work.

When I opened the tub 10 minutes after it arrived the plastic seal and the little pak was on top but all around the edges was hard and unusable ,you can see this in the pic,
