Great cargo pants with relaxed fit and large pockets. Material (mostly cotton) is just thick enough to use in various temperatures. I've had multiple sets of these same pants (different colors) and I'm replacing two that finally started showing their age after four years of regular use.

Sizing seems to be spot-on. My legs and waist seem to be shorter and smaller than the width of my legs demands, so I usually always need to make special adjustments to my pants when I buy new ones. I saw a couple comments about the belt that comes with the pants. I thought it was a great addition. The problem, in my case, is not the belt as much as it is a lack of belt loops. Obviously, the larger sizes will have more empty space between the 5 belt loops than the smaller sizes will. It seems many clothing makers don't consider this point because I usually have this problem with larger-sized pants. As you start to move in the pants, the considerable empty space sags below the belt causing the pants to look bad and fit unevenly. The solution? In my opinion, add 2-3 more belt loops like a number of clothing designers do. It's what I'm personally going to do. The other unfortunate problems are that the pants are longer than I my legs are (but I half expected that, so I was prepared), and the crotch wears out pretty quickly. My legs are a bit thick, but I've only worn these pants 4 times (no heavy use). The material is already showing signs of wear. That's a bit disturbing because I bought them with the expectation of putting them thru 8-hr workday use. As it stands, they don't look like they will last longer than a couple of months on the job. The pants do fit well, other than that. They also look awesome (love all the pockets), and it's hard to beat the price. I bought a larger size (my fault) to make room for wide legs, and the width is really nice. Only the belt loops and durability seem to be problems.

I dont do reviews. Nobody has time for it, we all just return items that we don't like and move on. However, I will say is worth the time to review this item. These are the most comfortable pants I've found online or in person at a store. I've been trying to find a comfortable pair for months. They all say relaxed fit but is never true. They all say straight fit and never true but these pantss are magnificent and feel so good. They are soft inside, plenty of crotch room, real straight fit and wide enough on the bottom to comfortably cover your shoe and lace. The size is perfect, you get what you ordered, no more surprises to find out every brand has some sort of thing where the size is never correct - no, these are fit to the true size it says. As soon as you put your hands inside the pockets you get that good feeling that they were made just for you. I bought one pair to check it out and immediately bought two more just in case i never see them again. These are not heavy like wranglers, or cheap like amazon brand and they are truly relaxed fit with straight leg fit, none of that skinny leg, no room to sit type of the other brands. When you sit ij your car to drive to work, these pants will let you spread your wings and let you fall into them without having to pull and tug on them just to sit comfortably. I will them to make short sleeve button down shirts next 😆. Buy them now, you won't be sorry

My husband is very happy with these Men's Unionbay Survivor Relaxed Fit Cargo pants. He repairs vehicles and the relaxed fit keeps him comfortable when doing a lot of bending, kneeling, and stooping while working. In addition, the cargo pockets are great for storing his cell phone in easy reach and the velcro pocket closures securely hold cash, etc. The fabric is a decent weight, not too heavy and not too thin. I have already purchased 5 pairs of these for him in different colors. He's using the navy blue pants for work; the other colors, he wears to go out. Since my husband finds it difficult to find pants he's comfortable in, I plan on purchasing a few more pairs of these for him. 👍👍👍 I haven't laundered these pants yet, but once I do, I'll update my review with the results.

I'm floored to have found a pair of pants that I like! I've worn BDU army pants since high school (30 years) because I need room to move, detest heavy jeans as well as anything form fitting. Since I can't find any army pants in my size anywhere, I took a chance on these and they are perfect! Roomy enough and soft without clinging to me like a pair of tights at all, and the right thickness as too thin makes me feel naked and too thick is too hot and too constricting feeling. So I'm amazed that these are the first other pants I can be comfortable in!

Excellent and consistent quality. Have bought 6 pairs till now. Only complaint and for which i am deducting a star is the delivery time is very long. Secondly we do not get a copy of the actual duty paid at customs.

Used to buy cargo pants in a store for about $75 each and they faded very soon. These UNIONBAY ones were a fraction of the price, feel comfortable and seem to be of comparable quality. Hope they don't fade as much. Time will tell!

My favorite cargo pants among all other trademarks. I will buy Unionbay cargo pants going forward. I tried other trademarks, don't want to mention the names, but Unionbay Material quality, Size and relaxed fit are the way I want.
