I've never heard of this brand and it's pretty inexpensive so when it was back in stock I grabbed it. Was pleasantly surprised. It's sort of a creamy powder and you only need a very small amount. I applied it to my lids using a small shadow brush. It's been really hot lately and I liked how this did not crease or bleed or cake up on my lids and held my colored shadow in place all day.
