Already assembled but legs have to be screwed on. Very well packaged - nothing was even slightly damaged. It’s comfortable, solid wood from what I can tell from putting the legs on, and the springs are firm. Hardest part is opening the packaging - many layers. ### ⭐⭐ Great design, bad construction *by J***D on Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2017* We've had this couch for just over 12 months now. It is a great idea and we've had a lot of campout on it since it could fold into queen bed. However, we have replaced 4 legs on it and 3 leg brackets. Finally, on Christmas day one of the main beams on the sofa broke. That means I would have to replace the side rail that holds two of the leg brackets plus the 2 leg brackets. At this point I'm thinking it makes more sense to cut my losses and get a new couch. I will end it on a good note and say that customer service has been good so far. They even sent me new under couch fabric, a stapler and 2 leg brackets to do the repairs myself. ### ⭐ Not impressed *by B***Z on Reviewed in the United States on November 27, 2017* I received this couch all wrapped up in chinese boxes, very light weight sectional. This is NOT dark grey. but blue in color. This sectional slides everywhere so be prepared to either buy rubber stoppers on the bottom of the plastic pegs or deal with sliding everywhere in the living room. The couch is uncomfortable and stiff. Definitely NOT enough pillows. Had to put extra pillows to at least make it feel like I'm sitting on an actual couch. The back of the couch is not high enough to relax your back, I imagine this couch to be suitable for shorter people around 5'0 or below. I tried to like this couch but I just don't.
