I have a weiser (kwikset) zwave lock. i use alexa for my home. is this all i need for alexa to conrol thay door lock?

No, this is just a transponder. You'll need software to manage it and be the interface.

Will this, paired with a raspberry pi running z-wave js, work with any of the lutron caseta products?

I don't believe so, Z-Wave runs on 908 MHz while the Lutron products use 431 MHz

Does this come with the latest updated firmware? If so, what version? If not, do you provide a link to it?

It really depends on how long the reseller has been holding on to it... firmware comes out all the time so you'd have to look up and download the latest firmware.
