I was struggling with an tyre and insert, & got to the point the (flat) tyre was stuck in the rim and not coming off (I'm no newbie, been at this 20 years). Bought this and the tyre was off in no time. Watch their YouTube video on how to use it to do this, you simply can't do the same with other tyre levers.
