Why are there 2 products with the same name, same size but a different bottle and design?

They are two different fragrances: Molecule 01 and Escentric 01. They both share one same ingredient: the ISO-E Super note. Molecule 01 is pure and simple and contains only the one ingredient. What is the difference between this one and the bottle with circles on it? What does “refill” or “travel case” mean? Are they not as pictured?
